The Caribbean Association of Adventists in Alberta (CAAA) aims to foster, maintain and promote the cultural characteristics of Caribbean people while adhering to the principles of the Seventh-day Adventist church.

We welcome people of all ethnicities and cultural backgrounds to our annual Family Retreat, as well as other activities hosted during the year, such as the Gospel concert and Business Extravaganza.

The process to register for the annual Family Retreat is below.

  1. Download a copy of the form
  2. Completely fill out form
  3. Hand-in completed form and money to Area President or identified point of contact
  4. (Before August 31, you can also email the completed form to caaainformation@gmail.com and e-transfer related payments to caaafunds@mycaaa.ca. Include a note with your e-transfer. The note should have the same names that are on our emailed registration form.)
  5. Forms and full payment are due July 31, 2023. After the deadline add $35 late fee. If cancelling prior to the deadline, $35 will be deducted. Registration fee is non-refundable after deadline.

Please note that lodge rooms with bathrooms will be approved by executive based on criteria. For more details contact your Area President (As at June 25, lodge rooms are sold out. However, we still have lots of cabins available).
