Annual Family Retreat Registration Details

How Do I Register?

The process to register for the annual Family Retreat:

  1. Download a copy of the 2025 Family Retreat Registration form below.
  2. You can print and manually complete the form or using a PDF reader complete digitally using your device.
  3. Make an eTransfer with the total payment fee to caaafunds@mycaaa.ca.  Add note to e-Transfer with primary applicant’s name and chapter. The note should have the same name/s that are on the emailed registration form.
  4. Hand-in or email completed registration form with a screenshot of your eTransfer receipt to one of the following Area Presidents:

  2. Forms and full payment are due AUGUST 15, 2025. After the deadline a $35 late fee charge should be added. 
  3. For Cheque or Money Order make payable to CAAA (Caribbean Association of Adventists in Alberta)
  4. Canceling: If canceling prior to the deadline, a $35 fee charge will be deducted. Registration fee is non-refundable after the deadline.
  5. Please note that lodge rooms with bathrooms will be approved by executive based on criteria. For more details contact your Area President.
